The bride has to be gluten-free, so we wanted pretty much everything on our menu to be gluten-free. That inspired us to go with one of our favorite cuisines: Indian! And not just any Indian, but food from Karavalli's, the best Indian restaurant at which either of us have ever eaten.

For those of you who are gastroxenophobic, we've made sure that there are mild, non-"weird" entrees on the buffet as well. More than one of the entrees are vegetarian.

For those of you with medical dietary restrictions, we should be able to accomodate you easily, but we would like to know about them ASAP. Please email Meg or call us.
